A Bit About Me

I’m a 22-year-old free spirited, happy-go-lucky, quote-collecting machine! ‘small town’ girl. I’m quirky and a little too goofy – but that of course depends on who you ask. Oh yeah, and my name is Stephanie.

I have a true passion for living life to the fullest, and I want to spread that optimism to the world. I want to be the difference in the world that uplifts spirits where hope doesn’t exist.

And how might I do that? Through this blog, of course! Sharing my little bits of happy, aka, my collection of quotes. Check out Bit of Happy #1: My Most Favorite Quote for how it all got started.

Let’s see… What else is there to know?

I knew I wanted to start a blog that would empower people. Make them feel good. Inspire them to do the things they’ve always wanted to, but just didn’t have the courage to go through with it.In life, I’ve found my strength in quotes. I’ve gotten the guts to do things I never imagined doing through the inspiration of others’ words. So I was thinking, maybe people around the world could find the same kind of motivation. The same kind of hope. The push they need to get out there and live a little more life and a little less regret.

So yeah, that’s my dream, hope and goal of this blog all wrapped into one. So take a look around, feel free to shoot me an email with questions, comments or just any reason. Contact me.

And most importantly, share your little bits of happy with the world (or with whoever may read this blog) by filling out the application on the Submit A Quote page. You are the ones that will give this blog the strength it needs to make a difference – I’m just starting it.

Thank you all so much for your support!

Thank you so much! I just started a little bit ago, so I’m still getting the hang of things. But I look forward to hearing your thoughts, and it hopefully becomes the perfect lift in your day (as long as it’s not too distracting). lol

Thank you so much. =) Yours has a very interesting point of view as well. I share a similar experience, and we still remain close friends. Long distance is certainly not easy (as many I’m sure have told you), but I’m not going to say it isn’t worth it. Just follow your heart, and you’ll find happiness – whether in Mary or in someone else.

Oh, and P.S. – you should consider submitting that quote that you just commented, or another one!

    Hi Stephanie,

Really nice blog! As a fellow “small town”-er, now living in the biggest little city (San Francisco!), I always think that growing up in a small town has made me want to see the world more and to share more. Thanks so much for stopping by my daily photo blog. I love all the quotes you’ve put up… glad to see you put John Wooden’s up… I went to UCLA as an undergrad so he’s legendary. Look forward to seeing more of you posts in the future.
